Aman Fatehpuria

Aman Fatehpuria is a graduate researcher currently leading the autonomous loader project at LAIR. He recently graduated Harvey Mudd College with a B.S. in Engineering. Previously he led a clinic team which gave a track loader autonomous coupling capabilities allowing the 9000lbs vehicle to autonomously connect to a bucket attachment. He has also worked on a color tracking quadcopter using ROS and OpenCV and an autonomous Romi Robot with sensor fusion, localization, and motion planning using Ant Colony Optimization. Aman is interested in Robotics and Autonomous vehicles and in his free time enjoys reading (currently obsessed with Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy, next up Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie) and watching TV (currently watching House MD)
